Stand Up Paddle SA is based on the beach at Seacliff. Seacliff is located just south of Adelaide. The water is usually calm, ideal for beginners or those looking at improving paddling efficiency. Often dolphins can join you on your leisurely paddle and you can view the reefs and fish if you choose to paddle south towards Marino

Adelaide has some ideal locations to participate in SUP, they are:

For flat water

West Lakes
The Patawalunga, Glenelg
Torrens River, Adelaide
Onkaporinga River, Port Noarlunga
South Lakes, Goolwa

For beginner surf

The mid coast, beaches from Christie’s to Moana
And further a field the South Coast Middleton and Goolwa

Southport and U turns, are popular SUP venues located on the mid-coast just south of the Onkaparinga River Mouth.
